Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original product packaging, ensuring that pipes, lighters, or accessories are well-protected for transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the shipping label provided by our team or your preferred tracked carrier.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
